I saw this woman selling fruit on Monivong Blvd. in Phnom Penh Cambodia. She was squatting in the shade of a of a small tree between a boundary wall and a 4×4 vehicle. I love the whimsical look on her face. Her face says a thousand words.

These shots are taken from a ‘tuk-tuk’, a motor bike with a carriage attached to it, so there’s camera shake – but these are the ones that are passable…

On a trip to San Diego we stopped in to see the horses. This was the first time this horse had been exercised in the ring. The moment was laced with nervous energy as the horse seemed to be looking for the way out, a whip snapping at the air behind it…

Fields of Green

A family harvests a crop of rice grown on their land. Cambodia produces an average of 5 million tons of rice a year.

A Temple on a hill about 35kms outside of Phnom Penh.

Kids sell fruit on the road leading to the South Gate of Ankor Thom Temple complex.

A portrait of bliss

Nadia, is almost three years old. She speaks two languages and is one the brightest children I have ever met. Here she experiences her second horse ride in Swellendam, South Africa. She was saved from a life on the streets of Cape Town.
